The CRM is free. You only pay when we send you the work.
No subscriptions, no per-seat charges, no per-listing fees, no card to start. The only money Gotlan makes is a fee on the bookings we bring you, and it shrinks the more an agent comes back. Your own clients are always 0%.
Is it really free?
Yes. The CRM has no subscription, no per-seat fee, and no card to start.
Then how does Gotlan make money?
A fee on the marketplace bookings we route to you, and 0% on your own clients. We earn when you earn.
So what is the catch?
There is no hidden one. If we never send you a marketplace booking, you do not owe us anything.

Your own clients
Anyone you bring to Gotlan. Imports, manual adds, your own marketing. We never take a cut.
Marketplace bookings 1 to 3
The first three bookings with each new agent we route to you.
Marketplace bookings 4 and up
Every booking after that with the same agent. The rate drops as the agent returns, and never climbs back up.
Optional first-booking discount
Turn it on and the very first booking with each new agent is 5%, to help you win them.
A worked example. A new agent books you for $400 through Gotlan. We take 10% on the first three jobs, then 7%. Your own clients? 0%, always.
How Gotlan compares
Other platforms for real estate media pros (Aryeo, HD Photo Hub, CloudSpot, Spiro) sell operations software on a recurring subscription. None of them brings you new agents.

Common questions
What about my existing clients?
Import them from a CSV in a few guided steps. They stay yours at 0%, and we never market to them. See the full switch-over on the vendor page.
How switching worksWhen does the 7% rate kick in?
After 3 bookings with the same agent. Booking 4 and every one after with that agent is 7%, and it never graduates back up.
Are there any other fees?
Stripe's standard transaction fees pass through (about 2.9% plus 30 cents). Gotlan adds nothing on top. No setup, monthly, or per-seat fees.
How and when do I get paid?
Through your own Stripe account. The agent's card is held when they book and charged only when you accept. Connecting Stripe takes about five minutes.
Is my data safe?
Card data is handled by Stripe and never touches Gotlan, and your media stays in your own storage.
