Agents find you and book. You fulfill in your CRM and deliver from your own storage. Payment is held up front and settled the moment you accept. Here is the entire flow, both sides.

Booking a shoot

    Find a vendor

    Search by location and service. Compare portfolios, services, and reviews from real working pros near the listing.

    Request a booking

    Pick a service and a date. Your card is authorized as a hold, not charged. Nothing leaves your account yet.

  3. 3

    The vendor confirms

    The vendor confirms your booking, usually fast. The hold is captured only when they accept, so you are never charged for a booking that is not confirmed.

    Shoot and delivery

    Track the shoot through to delivery. Finished files land on a download page, so there are no email attachments to chase.

For vendors

Fulfilling the work

    Every request, marketplace or your own direct client, shows up in one queue. Accept or decline on your terms.

    On accept, payment captures and an order opens in your CRM, moving through scheduling, shooting, editing, and review.

    Get paid

    Stripe Connect pays out to your own account. Gotlan takes a fee only on marketplace bookings, never on your direct clients.

The money

Held up front, settled at acceptance

When an agent books, Stripe authorizes the payment as a hold. No money moves yet. The moment the vendor accepts, the hold is captured and the order begins. Payouts go to the vendor's own Stripe account.

Gotlan earns a fee only on marketplace bookings it routes. Direct clients are always 0%. Cancel before capture and nothing is charged.
