SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe Gotlan's text-messaging program: who it is for, what messages you may receive, and how to opt out. They supplement, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

Gotlan LLC operates an opt-in, transactional-only SMS program delivered via Twilio under a registered A2P 10DLC campaign. The text messages you receive relate to your Gotlan account and your bookings.

2. Consent and Opt-In

You opt in by enabling SMS notifications in your Gotlan notification settings and providing your mobile number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of using the Services. When you opt in, we log the consent text, the timestamp, and the mobile number you provided.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and your bookings.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Gotlan does not charge for the messages themselves.

6. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also revoke consent by any reasonable means. We honor opt-out requests as soon as practicable and in no event later than 10 business days, and we send at most one confirmation message after you opt out.

8. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and device conditions.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy; see also our Terms of Service.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
